Eleanor's Story
Life
In '64 I joined the travel industry working for Eastern Airlines,and then later for private travel agencies. I married Jeff in '71 and we have two sons. I have three grandsons. Together we have 10 grandchildren. Jeff has two sons by a previous marriage.
We moved from NJ to NY in '82 and finally to FL in '92. I guess we are "snowbirds" because we head north in the summer to visit our family. We still have a home in the 1000 Island...Expand for more
s region of NY. Both our sons live near-by. The older two live in IL and VA.
My Mother lives with us and makes the trip back to NY every summer. She enjoys her great-grandsons company.
UPDATE: On June 8,2004 my Mother passed away. She was just shy of her 99th birthday.
June 2008...Now we have moved back to the 1000 Islands full time. Anyone want to buy a nice double wide in a Fort Pierce, FL gated retirement community? Let's talk.
