Elena's Story
Life
I was a student from the College Bound Program at Eastern District High School. I remember going to the theatre district in Manhattan to watch Broadway plays. Even though we were seated in the last rows we enjoyed watching "Hello Dolly", "Hair," and a few others. We also saw off-Broadway.

It was good to see familiar faces in high school because it
could get rough without having some old buddies near your side. Nevertheless I was
able to meet new friends in Eastern District. There were students from the school
neighborhood as well as others from Flushing and Marcy area.
