Jim's Story

I don't know how this ended up under my husband's name, but I was Elena Burnham, now Willets, and I went to Saunders from 1955 to 1958. I had Miss Merrill for 2nd Grade, Mrs. Davis for 3rd, and Mrs. Allert for 4th. My mom worked there as well, she was a teacher and then a Vice Principal. ities, the playground, the pool, and the horses and Miss Marie. I saw Mr. Ceszar in about 1970 -- he had a great cafe on Sunset Strip! Hi to all my old friends -- when I get back to my house (and computer) in Arizona I'll post some photos of the Saunders horses, and some pictures I shot on the old Saunders property last Spring!
