Eleni's Story
Northmont HS 1971-1975 was a very difficult time of my life. I remember very little of that time. My only memories are staring at the corn fields from the study hall, and the smell of the smokers as I ran to catch my bus. I joined the Navy immediatly after graduation. I served from 1975 - 1979, that is where I grew up and realized I had the power to change my life and become my own person. I was stationed at Saufly Field, Pensacola, FL and then NAS Rota, Spain. re. Been married for 28 years, two fantastic girls 23 & 25, both graduated from University of Delaware, my oldest is continuing at Virginia Tech for a doctorate in Soil. I work for the Post Office, was a letter carrier for 15 years, had both knees replaced and became a clerk, currently holding 22 years there and a handfull till I retire. My life revolves around friends, cooking and travel.
I joined the Navy, July 1975 a month after graduation. Needed to leave Ohio. I currently live in Wilmington, Delaware, married 30 years, two daughters, two dogs. I'm a clerk at Wilmington GMF, processing mail on the graveyard shift.
