Elizabeth's Story
Elizabeth is from Fresno, California. Elizabeth's schools include Ft. Vancouver Highv and Palmdale High School. Elizabeth later attended Antelope Valley College. Elizabeth worked at Plaskett Creek Campground, SilverCove RV Resort. Also worked as workkamper in Colorado, and for 7 years in the high Sierras at Huntington Lake. Spent most of August and all of September and October 2015 at CVC hospital of UCSD husband had surgery to remove blood clots from his lungs arteries, aortic valve replaced & a bypass, all at once. He had bi-lateral cataract surgery then hip replacement surgery April 18 at Kaiser in Fresno. We went back to campground hosting have at Oceano Beach campground when the 18 month long reconstruction wasfinished, June 25 2016. Excellent way to get back into the workamper scene. Currently back at Oceano campground for another 6 months of volunteer hosting. Happy to be back where we be!long.

beth likes includes Charley Pride the oldies from the 50's and Josh Turner. We have a 8yr old Boxer mix dog, Shilo, and a 16 yr old cat Squeaker. They both love camp hosting as much as we do.
Love the mountains, rivers and lakes. Not so much the beach, hate getting sand everywhere. Absolutely love to cook and bake, very good at it too.
I also had 2 children 1 each boy and girl. They each have 2 girls. Son in in El Paso Tx daughter in Fresno. Son spent 6yrs in the Navy as a nuclear eng on a sub then got dual degrees from Cal Poly SLO. Oldest grandaughter, Casey, gave us a beautiful great grandaughter 2 yrs ago this July. , Austyn Hayley, . After hosting at Montano de Oro St park for 4 months back at Oceano campground planning my menu for the 4th for the staff/family to munch on.
Sheltering in place in our host site here at Oceano campground. just waiting to reopen so we can once again enjoy our campers.
