OK, so I was the totally out of my skin kid that didn't even graduate with my class. My parents moved away when I was 18 and left my sister Debbie and myself in our house on Stanford. Some of you might remember the parties. My parents came back after a year and dragged us both kicking and screaming to the middle of no-where Las Vegas in 1976. Vegas was still cowboys and gangsters back then. I couldn't imagine living in the middle of the desert and not be old enough to gamble or drink, so I high tailed my butt to San Francisco. I lived there for a couple of years. Then made it back to Garden Grove for about a year. Then finally made it back to Las Vegas in 1980. I started nursing school in Vegas, but was offered a job as a bartender. In 1980 Vegas had turned in to the Wild Wild West! I blew school off and continued to tend bar and live really large for about five years until the city was either going to chew me up or I was going to get out.
