Elizabeth's Story
I got married in 2007 to a great guy, Scott and we have a good life. I have one son, RJ, he's engaged to Emily and they have one daughter, Charlotte, who's 6 1/2 years old. Scott has two kids, a daughter, Holly, who's married to Richard and Holly has one son, Dante, who's 3 1/2 years old and a son, Chris, who's married to Dawn and they have three kids, a son, Sam, who's 7 1/2 years old, a daughter, Michelle, who's 5 1/2 years old and a daughter, Abbi, who's 5 months old. RJ and family lives in Wallingford, PA, Holly and family lives in Wiscassett, ME and Chris and family lives in Shaker Heights, OH. 11 years later... I am now a widow, Scott passed away from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in June of 2017. Scott and I were raising our oldest grandson at the time, so I have been doing it alone since then. Sam has Autism and as such he had an IEP while in school because he needed help with his studies. He graduated this past June. He is looking for a job at this point. Before Scott died we had been given the blessing of a total of seven grandchildren, and Scott had made it within six hours of each of the grandchildren being born. That was a proud record he loved. Since Scott passed away Sam and I moved from Upper Darby to Ridley Park. I am blessed with a wonderful family.
