Life
Life rarely works out like you plan, and mine sure hasn't - but it's a rich, fulfilling one nonetheless and I wouldn't change a thing (well, maybe my college major, but that's another story). I'm currently living in the Wash DC metro area with my son, who's 7 y.o. and about to graduate from 1st grade. I'm divorced from his dad, and that is also another story, but we're doing great - although being a single mom is HARD. However, my son is worth every angst! My current quest is about finding the right...Expand for more
balance in my life between parenting, friends, dating, work, family, etc. I figure I'll find it by the time I'm 80 or so... To add to the mix, we have a menagerie at home. A dog, 2 cats, 2 rats, and a raccoon (the raccoon is more of a frequent visitor, however - the rest live inside the house). And then there's the bat that fell on my son while in Montana and which he's named Stellaluna...
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the 21st and reminiscing about old times, newer times, and times to come.
