Elizabeth's Story
Life
Currently living in Lawrenceville, GA and loving the South! I just moved on to a new position within the same company. I'm now the Education Administrator (fancy word for Trainer) for World Financial Group and I'm very excited about the change! Not only do I get to do what I love (teach) but I also get to have the WFG Safety Team as part of my responsibility. All these years I've been doing it as a favor to HR but now that I work for HR I actually can credit for it!
Mike (DHS '80 and Caldor Alumnus) now works for the "New AT&T" since BellSouth was taken over by AT&T. So far he's avoided the proverbial "nice knowing ya" and we're keeping our fingers crossed it stays that way.

le with the guard in Blackhawk Helicopters and it is so frickin' cool! It's a lot of fun but some hard work too.
I've been a 1st Aid/CPR/AED Instructor for a few years now and really enjoy showing people how they can help their friends and loved ones in the event of an emergency.
I'm also involved in our county's Citizens Fire Academy Alumni Association. Additionally, I've graduated from both Gwinnett County's and Fulton County's CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) programs. I also went through the Suwanee Citizens Police Academy and have been teaching a program called P.R.I.D.E. (Parents Reducing Incidents of Driver Error) with the officers there.
Mike and I celebrated 28 years together as best friends this past January 11th and 20 years of marriage this past May! (Check out his hair in the "Then" photo! How "freaky" was that?) We have one daughter who will turn 16 in August. I'm also "mom" to two dogs and three cats! I'm lovin' life!
