Elizabeth's Story
Life
After I graduated from high school, I joined the Navy. While I was only in about 1 1/4 years, my husband was in for 25 years. He retired as an officer in the USNavy and we now live in Hamilton, Ohio where he works for the city and I basically sew all I want.
We have four children and 3 grandchildren. Our oldest is 27 and lives in Fort Myers, FL and has a 2 year old boy. Our next son is 25 and is a Marine who lives in Camp Lejeune, NC and has 2 daughters, ages 5 & 3. lives in Jonesborough, Tennessee. She is 23 and single. Our youngest daughter is Sara and she just turned 16 and is about to get her license. Watch out everyone.
I have been married for almost 29 years and we have lived all over the country. For example, New Orleans, Charleston, SC, Boston, Newport, RI, Virginia Beach, Pensacola, Tampa, Jacksonville, and even in Japan for a year.
I went to college for 2 years in '84 and have worked off and on over the years, but mainly I have been home with the kids. Now I just keep my grandkids when I get the chance.
