Elizabeth's Story
I moved back to Sacramento July 2007 after 30 years of living in the Bay Area and working 26 years at UC Berkeley. I had a wonderful career at Berkeley and I accomplished alot working in single student housing (6000 students) leaving as a Housing facilities director. I travelled a lot for the university representing the institution in the housing professional organizations. I am a true blue alumni for Cal and I hate Stanfurd. It is great to be retired at 50 years of age. My Mother and Grandmother still live in the family house on 56th Avenue. Currently, I spend most of time as caregiver for Mom and Grandmother. to the Bay Area every two months for medical reasons. I love to go to Raider Games (love those tailgate parties). I have been with the same boyfriend for 17 years and he is a great man (marriage is finally in our near future). My sister Margaret lives in Nevada and my brother Ollie lives in Arizona. I love to go to Bible Study Fellowship International and church. I still now how to have a good time and party as long as I get my rest and not stay out too late. I love my new neighborhood located in Little Pocket by the Sacramento river where I am still close to water. My loving dog is named Lily and she lives with my Mom.
