Elleen's Story
Lived most of my life here in Portland, Or. but I have been all over the world and the U.S. including living in other states but there is no place like here! After high school I finished beauty college then ran away from home and ended up traveling all over the U.S, and stopping in Kansas, Mo. and Neb. for awhile. Worked as a production girl (glorified sec. that did a lot of jobs) for Keystone Readers service, a magazine company, a sec. for a windows company, bar tended, dancer, singer and sales.
I have had my own business for 47 years now and love what I do for others and the environment.
I married my buddy Glenn Mintun and we were married for 11 years and had a daughter who is now 45 years old now. Wow! She is catching up with me.

ue singing in my church choir and doing solos and enjoy making a joyful noise unto the Lord. I sang in the Portland Singing Christmas Tree for 5 years but had to give up on it because my voice couldn't handle so much singing.
I have succeeded in not only setting all my goals in my younger years but also in successfully reaching all of them. I am now at the point in my life where I can do as I please with much pleasure and joy.
My future goal is to visit the Holy Land someday and walk where my Lord walked and taught. In the meantime I am vacationing in places in my U.S. while I still have the chance. This year I visited the Red Woods and enjoyed visiting the small towns all around the Southern part of Oregon and northern part of California.
