Ellen's Story
Well, I've been busy. Unfortunately, it wasn't learning how to become computer literate.
I left De Paul and went straight to college because I didn't know how to do anything else. I earned my B.S. degree from Bryant College (now Bryant University) when the campus was in Providence, Rhode Island....down the street from Brown University. What fun that was! After college I moved back home with the parents and started to earn a living, moved to Hartford Connecticut for a bit working in a law firm. Continued my education and became a teacher. I got married (divorced in 1996)and in 1978 moved to Florida. I have a son and daughter living in Fl. which is wonderful. My daughter got married last year and so I'm hoping one of these days to have grandchildren. Moved to Germany in 1990 and lived there for 10 years teaching on a military base with the Dept. of Defense. It was great; we did alot of traveling; met so many interesting people and had so many unique experiences.
I'm back in Florida finishing my 6 years left til retirement.
So that's my story in a nutshell.
