Ellen's Story
Life
Life is good and fulfilling, but not particularly interesting to others, I think. Graduated Cal State, Fullerton, 1965. Began teaching in '66. Married in '68. Three sons born in '70, '72, and '74. Two of them now married and we have a baby grandson who's a darling. (The White Family doesn't do girls. UPDATE!! Yes, we do! A precious granddaughter Riley Joy joined the family in 2003. big brother Jeremiah is now 3 1/2.) Still married to the same wonderful man and have been back teaching since 1983. Update: Sept., '05. Retired at the end of 2003, but still working part-time for district--testing, teaching ELD to small groups, BTSA support (last year only). New baby grandson Anderson Martin arrived Aug. 21 of this year. Retirement is GREAT!! and grandkids are the GREATEST!!!
