Ellen's Story
Life
Post BHS, I went to Jr.College for one year, worked for 3 and then went into the Peace Corps where I spent 6 years as a volunteer and staff member in Jamaica, Guyana and the Eastern Caribbean. I returned to the U.S. and lived in Boston--working during the 70s in various jobs while obtaining undergrad and grad degrees in business. rps and then back to Boston. During the 80s I managed a large law firm and worked for two Boston mayors. I returned to D.C. as Chief Fin.Officer of the Peace Corps in 1993 and moved on to Unicef in New York in 1995 as CFO for that organization. Still own a home in Boston and long to return someday. Visit Brockton several times a year to visit family. Currently addicted to golf and Harry Potter. (8/00)
