Ellen's Story
I am staying at home with my three-year-old daughter after almost twenty years in higher education. We live in Springfield (again) with my husband and fifteen-year-old step daughter. I have enjoyed coordinating a playgroup, becoming involved in a community civic group, attending bunco and 2 book clubs, and supporting Obama's candidacy and presidency.

Between high school and now, I earned my BA from UVA, and my master's in Public Administration from Florida International University. I have worked at Charles County Community College, Florida International University and Prince George's Community College. I have great ties and great friends from all four institutions.
I also enjoy catching up with old friends and acquaintences. My favorite method for this is Facebook. Look me up sometime!
