Elliott's Story
Life
Hello everyone, I can't believe it's been over 20 years!
In the early 80s I went to The University of Southern Mississippi as a Music Industry major. In the mid to late 80s I worked in recording studios in Orlando FL, and was a drummer in California and New York rock bands, (recorded, toured etc). One of the groups I played with was featured on an episode of the Fox TV show "Married With Children" (episode-"Peg Lost a House"). In the 90s I returned to USM for a M.S. in Mass Commmunication. e I landed a job with South Mississippi's Public Radio (WUSM). Today I'm assistant manager of WUSM, and an instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi.
I was married once, today I'm happily single. I still play the drums with various bands/artists as a hobby. Speaking of drums, back in 2000 I worked with KISS, as Peter Criss' "assistant drum tech" for several shows on the "KISS Farewell Tour".
