My Life Hello Everyone, I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, raised in Brooklyn New York. I attended John Jay High School and graduated in 1979. I remarried to Antonia Guebara from Houston, Texas (no children) and promoted to the rank of Sergeant of Police in May of 1997. I retired honorably after 30 years of service and I am presently living in Humble, Texas. Elvin
