My family moved to Frazier Park at the end of 1971 so I didn't get to graduate with the Class of '72 from RHHS. Instead I graduated from Maricopa High School, out by Bakersfield in the San Joaquin Valley. It was quite an experience to go from a school of 2 - 3000 to a graduating class of 27. There were probably 200 kids in the whole school, and that included grades K-12. I married right out of high school and lived in FP for awhile, but the urge to wander was strong. I've moved back and forth over the west coast more times than I can count at this point. About all I can say about those years and my life is that I was a rebel without a clue. Its been an interesting journey and I've learned alot and grown along the way. I guess thats what its all about anyway, eh? Or maybe it really IS the hokey pokey -- I have not been one to keep the same job forever either -- although I did Respirtory Therapy for 20 years in various places.
