Responsible for Sales and Marketing, Market Research, Promotion, Strategic Planning, Public Relations, Advertising, and Business Development of 475 Station Network Radio Company. Was recruited back to company to revive the business. Created 75% growth during my tenure by creating a new Sales team. Trained and guided them to 30% growth during the Advertising drought of 2000-2001. Built marketing campaign to broaden relationships with Key Clients and potential clients. Guided business through major sales shift to broaden offerings. Created sales representation relationships with in-store digital video (Check Out TV) and cable tv (Black Family Channel) networks. Trained the sales staff to sell new media. Repackaged the Sales Inventory to create three new sales networks. This was the engine for growth.
Strategic Communications Group - New York, NY 1993 - 1999

Created and developed this international marketing and consulting firm to provide global innovative marketing strategies for broadcasting, media, and corporate clients. In The Bahamas, I led the sales and marketing redesign of the countryÃÂÿs entire broadcasting system, TV and Radio. There I trained the sales management and sales team in new methods and techniques and created a new pricing system which resulted in stronger incremental growth for the client. In Paris, France, I worked with an international broadcast equipment manufacturer to develop a U.S. Sales strategy. In Cannes, France I handled International film distribution for a Canadian firm.
Sheridan Broadcasting Networks /American Urban Radio Networks - New York, NY 1986 - 1993
Co-PRESIDENT - American Urban Radio Networks 1991 - 1993
Co-creator of the merger of the nation's two African-American owned radio networks. Developed the strategic plan, led and implemented all sales and marketing, research and programming for the new company of over 350 radio stations.
PRESIDENT - Sheridan Broadcasting Networks 1988 - 1991
Responsible for general management of 350 radio station affiliate radio network company. Directed and led the activities of sales and marketing, research, plus oversaw news, sports and entertainment programming; affiliate relations, engineering, finance, and promotion departments. Created and Developed 40 new national programs and three new divisions to grow affiliate stations and the revenue of the company in sports, entertainment and promotion business. Grew revenue by 35% while fighting off a competitor. Eventually moved to do a merger with competitor thereby creating American Urban Radio Networks in 1991.
