Eric's Story

After Ft. Collins High, I started college at CU Boulder. I met Barbara Stransky, the lady that I would later marry, in my Junior year. I graduated in December of '92 with a degree in Civil Engineering, with a structural emphasis. Barb and I got married in June of '92. We spent the next two years working and traveling, and then we started our family at the same time that I started my first "real" engineering job. Our first child, Moriah, was born October 3rd, 1995. rk on a contract basis for my previous employer, while developing my own business. It's almost been ten years now, and now I have two partners, and there are 23 of us, including my partners and me. Barb and the kids and I live in Arvada in a 1904 frame farmhouse. The house is 104 years old now, and Bob Vila has never lived here! There is so much to do with the house and the yard it is overwhelming. Life is pretty good. I have a wonderful wife (a saint really, for putting up with me), three beautiful daughters, and an eight-year old son who keeps me from feeling totally outnumbered all the time. I've lost track of almost everybody from highschool, and am looking forward to seeing many of you this fall!
