Eric's Story
After my mission to Mexico I returned to BYU for a BA and an MA in Spanish, then to UNM for my Ph.D. I always wanted to teach at a college and the Ph.D. was the only way to do it.
I now live in Kirksville, Missouri, and teach Spanish at a small, liberal arts university called Truman State University. I love this job, and it is the best thing in the world for me to do.
I married Natascha Miller in 1991 and we have four kids (Jessica, Joshua, Lillian and James). My wife loves animals so we are raising and milking goats and cows on our 14 acre hobby farm.

nclude sports (I still get to play basketball weekly/weakly), my hobby farm, and deer hunting. Deer are abundant here so we typically fill our freezer every year with venison.
My oldest is in the high school band, and her experiences there have reminded me so much of my own days, which led me to explore this place. She will soon be graduating high school.
Since I can't list an email here, and I am unwilling to pay for the membership, if you want to reach me, try doing a search for me at Truman State University, where I teach Spanish.
Have a good life everyone!
Eric
