Eric's Story
Life
It seems like a yearbook all over again, except this time I need to deal with almost 25 years of adult life and not just five CCHS years (and for some of you even more if we include grade school) in this profile. So much has happened as I would imagine for all us, and in my case even more. How to start: in chronological order, by decades, or even by countries ? Does this thing have a spell checker by the way? Where to start New York, Paris, London, Geneva, Madrid, or even East Lansing, Michigan? Perhaps, the first (and most in your face things) would be to deal with those wonderful creatures that most of you have had over the last years; well for me there are none. Then of course there is that wonderful, incredible, and such sort person that has been sharing my life; here again not in the cards. The positive thing here is that no messy divorce chaos to deal with. OK a bit direct, but whoever still thinks life's love relationships are wonderful, easy, and will last forever; I am impressed with your naivety at 40/41-remarkable! If you are reading bitterness then you are mistaken, rather I would say I am just very realistic and subscribe completely to what Hobb's said about life, 'brutish ...Expand for more
and short' a few hundred years ago already. That said, we only have one to live, so I highly suggest you take advantage of every possible chance to experience lifes spectacular events whenever they present themselves! So yes, I have lived, loved, worked, and more the these 20 past odd years and I seem to still be learning and doing new things, it has never been mundane or banal. If it still important to some you (for those who need to have qualifiers) I am 150% gay, and never has it really been a problem for me. It just seems to be a problem with the certain religious group, governments, and small minded folk. I would imagine most of you had already figured this out back in CCHS. Great moment to "out" some of my fellow classmates, but not my style (everyone has the right to live the sexuality as they wish) and honestly I am rather oblivious to the others anyway. Well this is a start for "my profile' for tonight on a very warm Paris (France) day before summer evening. The city was radiant tonight as I was biking home from the gym-Palais Royale, Louvre, and Place des Victoires with a raising peach cresant moon overhead, and yes the that silly tower sparkles every hour in the back ground.
