Eric's Story
In a "Nut-Shell", after graduating from Clayton Valley High School I attended CSU Sacramento. I started as a Music Major and graduated with a degree in Physical Education with Music Minor. Besides being in the CSUS Jazz Ensemble, I was also on the CSUS Men's Gymnastics Team. Needless to say, to this day I've continued my passion towards music and gymnastics since my years at CVHS (Plato would be proud of me! LOL).
Before, and after graduating, I've coached men's gymnastics which I still do. I've coached all levels of gymnastics from beginning levels, to a college team, to USA Gymnastics National Team Members (18 so far!! ). I've also owned 3 gymnastics clu...Expand for more
bs and currently own, and coach at, Bayshore Elite Men's Gymnastics in Redwood City, CA.
I still keep up my chops by playing lead trumpet in two bands. In one band that I play in, I've been playing lead trumpet since 1985 (Over 30 years!!). Some habits are hard to break!!
As a hobby, I collect rare and vintage brass-wind instruments. My collection contains some of the rarest brass-wind instruments known to exist in the world. I gave a lecture on some of them in Boston this summer (2016).
I was married for 26 years and divorced in 2012. I have 3 beautiful daughters and life has been very good to me. I tend to be an optimist and live life to it's fullest.
