Eric's Story
Life
I met my wife Dana in early 1995 and we got married in Oct 1999. We had our first child, Morgan Alyssa, on April 8, 2001. We had our second child, Eric Jr., on February 5, 2003. In July, 2003, we moved into a new house we had built in Montgomery (we live about 15 minutes from the house I grew up in). roller. In 2003, I left that position to start my own Company with Peter Bruvik (1982 FHS graduate. So far, things are going extremely well. Our business has the exclusive rights in New Jersey for the restaurant concept "New England Soup Factory".
We are opening our first restaurant in June 2004 in Mt. Laurel, NJ and our second restaurant will be opening in October 2004 at the Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, NJ.
