Eric's Story
I've recently returned to Dayton after 32 years to handle the estate of my father who passed away in January of 2015. I moved to California in 1983. I returned to Dayton to marry Sherri Mayle, class of '74, I moved her and her son Gabriel to California with me in '85. That didn't last, but we remained good friends for many years. I remarried in '89 and with my wife's encouragement I combined my love of electronics and photography and started a Wedding & Events videography business, which I continued after our divorce in '94. cago for several years until my father's passing.
I attended and videotaped the 20th Reunion. I will be combining that video and the (silent) Super 8 movies my father took of our graduation, senior class play (Arsenic and Old Lace), a couple gymnastic meets and the variety show we staged our senior year into a DVD. I'm doing this in an overall effort to digitize my father's entire collection of photographs, negatives, slides, movies and videotapes to share with my family.
I don't know how long I'll be in town, but it would be nice to connect with classmates from Patterson.
