Hi everyone!! Yes, I am Erich (Eric in school so I was not teased with the H) from York, PA and I live in San Diego, California. I moved from the east coast to pursue my career and Master's Degree! Erich's (my) schools include York Central High School and then Penn State University campuses. I later attended University California Santa Barbara (Business Finance). I resided in Santa Barbara for several years, moved to Los Angeles area and literally lived a few homes down from Bob Hope... I was able to watch that man be shuffled to and from his chauffeured car daily along with his wife and man-servant. It was a blast! I then moved to Burbank and owned a place in the Burbank Country Club, on Country Club Road. It was fantastic, however my work which was less than 15 miles away was 1.5 hours drive one-way. I could not take the "commute" even though it was not far so I relocated to San Diego and have been here ever since! I have owned three home here in San Diego plus the one income property which was one of my first homes purchased here in San Diego. My first home in SD was on stilts on a cliff... what an experience! The city bought it and four other homes due to the cliff/bluffs falling and they were all demolished... it was a cute bungalow. The house now which I live in and own was purchased NOV 2007 which is a custom built Cali-ranch. It is spread out and a California dream home... I will admit that I was lucky... never thought there would be a three-car garage with a huge home and luxuries that I always wanted.... but I would prefer happiness in life and materialistic things are not as important... they take up space and they fill the void. I won't go into my personal affairs including a marriage which went awry and I lost myself... that is a book to write and tell.... "Keef" has been my nickname since I was a young adult taking over my pop's nickname. I grew up being called "Big E". I own my corporation W.E. R. Professional Client Services, Inc. (have three DBA's under this umbrella) within the arena of Corporate event management and Non Profit Sectors managing events and fundraising.
