Eric's Story
I have 2 daughters, Amber and Kelli-Jo. Amber is currently attending Purdue to be an engineer and Kelli will be starting at Ivy Tech and then transfer to Ball State. Married 20 years June 3, 2008 to Crystal. We live east of Muncie, Indiana for the last 8 years in a 100 year old farm house that sits on 1 acre. Never thought I'd leave Ohio, but after working for Hobart Brothers for 12 years ya kinda need a drastic change. Now that my kids have got their own thing going, I'm looking for another new or good opportunity.
I'm currently a weld tech/ inside sales rep for a gas and welding supply distributor.
I helped fabricate and weld a race car for the Shadybowl with Don Wawszcyk in the sportsman division. Last I heard it was being driven by Tony Brunke at Kil Kare.

da set him back. One in 2001 at Winchester and then 2002 at Toledo. Took a small break and went to help Jimmie Crabtree Jr. from Muncie. Did late models till 2005, then went to Hooters Pro cup North division, 2006 and 2007. That was a lot of fun because they were live pitstops just like Nascar and I was gasman, jackman, or tire carrier. Whatever they needed for me to do race to race. We are racing in a new series called Super Procup. Difference is shorter races and not needing as many crewman to work on the car. Less expensive considering the economy is in a dumper right now. Still a lot of fun to go and work on the racecar a few nights a week after work. I'm not one to sit in a bar or stay home to watch tv.
All I can say is Troy, Ohio is a good place to be from and have a lot of good memories. Hope ya'll are having the same.
