Life
It is sometimes difficult for me to comprehend that in 1979 I moved to Buffalo NY and remained there for 39 years. The winter is accepted as a natural annual event to be tolerated until Summer! I was a professor in a graduate counselor education program at Canisius College. In 1969 I would not have guessed, or even fantasized that I would land in Western New York (WNY) and Canisius! I am now back in New Jersey teaching for Kean University.

e are a number of "milestones" in my life. They include entering & leaving (13 yrs later) the Allegany Franciscans, settling into WNY, and the care-taking & eventual death of my parents. However, one that I enjoy sharing is that Sr. Lucy Cardet (Marie William) attended my dissertation defense & commencement. She is an academic adviser at Barry University in Miami, Fl. It was such a privilege to have her there. She was clearly a part of the celebration!!
