Ernestine's Story
Sorry I can't post a "now" picture due to cancer surgery and radiation 10 years ago. But, if any of my classmates are still out there I did want to say hello. I attended SMU for 2 years, then married and had 3 wonderful sons, all in their late 50's now. I have 5 grandchildren, two of whom graduated from Texas A & M within the last 3 years.
Majored in accounting and worked for a CPA firm for 15 years. Then I opened my own practice and continued in public accounting for 35 more years. Am no...Expand for more
w retired and finally have time to try and make a dent in all the books I had always wanted to read. I have many other interests that keep me pretty busy and one of my favorite ones is keeping up with my grandchildren's lives.
My main social group in high school were my Elmwood Girlfriends. Sorry to say that of the 12 of us only 2 are left, myself and Peggy June (Lewis) Marrs.
In looking at the stats above it indicates that there is only 1 member from the class of 1948......Oh, I hope not!!!
