Ernie's Story
Life
Following my graduation from Univ. Calif., Riverside in 1991, I finished a Ph.D. program at Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 1997. After finishing a postdoc research fellowship at the Univ., Calif., Davis, in nutrition in 2000, I undertook a second postdoc at the Univ. Washington in endocrinology. ferent areas of the brain in appetite and body weight regulation. It has been a sacrifice to give up the sunshine of CA for the rain of Seattle! I play recreational level soccer on two Seattle-based soccer teams, and I am addicted to fantasy football and baseball. My big news is that I recently got engaged on the Big Island of Hawaii to my girlfriend of nearly 4 years, Teri Panzitta. I am looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming reunion.
