Life
Life has gone by in a long, intense, quick and fascinating whoosh! At the moment, live in Pasadena; having Thanksgiving dinner with my son, Nicholas and his new bride, Laura, whom I introduced. Have great husband, Bill, teach creative writing process; pug dog devotee, sans one at the moment. Moved to California in 1962; married; had son; divorced; was legal secretary for what seemed 100 years; went back to college; English major and wrote; met Bill, lived in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus for time period of 3 years, squeeze in a trip to Siberia; also have been in India and Israel, but love to hang out at home; Have been a member of the Baha'i Faith for 40 years; have global, we ar...Expand for more
e one family outlook on life; writer of essays, i.e., piss and moan, and laugh and do deep when life demands that response. Always have been grateful for life; have had a few heart surgerys, one birth defect found in my 50s - what's the hurry; read a lot; work out when I can; involved in racial justice groups; love to teach, have moved 17 times in the last 20 years; did I mention I've been married 20 years; feel inwardly rich. Laugh when I think back of my highschool self; I was always in trouble, and the principal didn't think I'd amount to much.
