Esther's Story
I got married soon after graduating from high school and worked as a window trimmer at a Dept Store in Oakland. I later guit working to become a housewife and mother. After 5 years we got divorced. We had one son who was tragically murdered in 1982. After I got divorced I went to work at St Rose Hospital and worked there until I got married again. We have two sons, three grandchildren, and several critters plus a sharp "56" Chevy that my husband ...Expand for more
bought new. We lived in Hayward until 1989 and then moved to Oakdale, Ca where I began working for the police dept. I am now retired but stay active in the community with a lot of volunteer work. I enjoy the great outdoors and animals. I love to fish, camp. I am widowed. but I enjoy geting together with family and friends. Oh,, and I am not the same shy, awkward little nerd that I was in school so I guess things worked out okay for me.
