Eugene's Story
I am happily married to Winnie Wiesler Marion, she is a 1965 THS grad, I graduated in 1963. We have 2 sons and 2 daughters, all grown, One son, Erik lives next door and tries to keep us out of trouble. Barbara lives in Phonix, Erle lives in California and Shailaja lives in Oklahoma City. We have 8 grandkids.
I am a retired school facilities manager and Winnie recently retired from teaching. We built our home south of Tulie that has a prominent view of Sierra Blanca which at this time is covered with snow. We have a garden and chickens and I have a workshop that ...Expand for more
keeps me busy.
We enjoy fishing and camping with our 5th wheel but have been staying close to home due to high fuel costs. Yard sales, flea markets and an occasional burrito from Yum Yum's is our idea of fun; we lead really exciting lives. We have a granddaughter that lives next door and Winnie takes her to school and we attend her school activities at Tularosa Elementary. All the other grandkids live in other states and we don't see them as often as we would like.
We lived many years in Texas before moving back to Tularosa in 2001. We are happy to be back home.
