Eugene's Story
Here's a quick review of the last forty years: Went to Warner Pacific College in Portland, OR in the fall of 1969 where I met Joan. We were married in Hayden Lake, ID the next fall. Went to Central Washington Bible College in Selah, WA for two years, studied electronics with DeVry Institute of Technology for a couple more years. Worked in a mill in Yakima, went to a missionary candidate school in Philadelphia, PA, then on to Portugal and Guinea-Bissau, West Africa. Back to Idaho where I pastored...Expand for more
for most of the next ten years with the Friends Church. Also was announcer for KMBI in Spokane during some of that time. Moved back to Portland area in 89. Took up drywall. Produced a radio program for a couple of years - got into internet broadcasting when it was in its infancy. That was a blast! Now I enjoy my 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren who all live close by. Joan is an artist and teaches from her studio in our home. I have a drywall patch and repair business, and life goes on...
