Eugene's Story
I am 79, a widower and a grandpa; and still working full time for Tampa Bay Downs (been there 25 years). I have 2 grown married sons in the Atlanta area; and a married daughter (my youngest) who lives 17 miles from me. I have 5 grandkids, the youngest being my daughter's 15 y/o fraternal twins who are so smart they scare me! But all 5 are a joy. I really relish the time I get to spend with them, (and you who are grand parents know it is never enough)!

Got married after my MS degree to a girl from FSU. Happily married for 49 years until she passed away in July, 2011 from immune deficiencies resulting from a two year long battle with leukemia centered around Moffitt Cancer Center here in Tampa.
I have enjoyed contacts from some of my Miami Edison friends. I don't text or tweet and I am not on facebook. I do have both a home phone and a cell phone, and of course a home computer. I will try to answer any contact, but please bear with me as to the time frame.
