Eva's Story
No one would be more suprised than I if anyone remembers me. I was always the one who blended is with the scenery and rarely spoke up. Those aspects of my personality were the most difficult for me to change. Once out in the world it became clear that to survive I was going to have to speak up, sometimes shout, and make myself known.
I left El Paso in February of 1978 when I enlisted in the Army. At Ft. Meade, MD I met my husband and we married in 1979 in Atlanta. After our enlistment we retured to Atlanta where we ejoyed 20 good years and had 4 beautiful children.

been divorced since 2002. My children are Margarita 27, Carman 26, Arthur Jr 24 and Angelina 20. For 9 years I was a paraprofessional with Atlanta public schools, 5 of those in special ed. and 2 years with the Lowndes County school system in Valdosta.
In 2005 I relocated to Valdosta, Ga where I met my boyfriend, Alan. On June 1 I welcomed my first grandchild, Caleb, into my life. Alan and I were married December 2007. For fun we spend most of our free time riding motorcycles. Never thought I'd be a "biker chick" :-), fishing or the local amusement park, Wild Adventures .
