Eveline's Story
I've been living in Pittsburgh,PA since 1974. We moved here from Chicago where I completed my masters in social work at the University of Chicago. Hubby got an appointment at University of Pittsburgh. I retired 3 years ago after being a civil servant for the Commonwealth of PA for over 30 years.
I 've had the good fortune to serve on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Pittsburgh, Alzheimer Asociation of PA and the Squirrel Hill Historical Society. I have been the past presiden...Expand for more
t for the University of Chicago Alumni Club Pittsburgh Chapter, the co-chair of the Alumini School Committee for University of Chicago.
In my spare time I have been taking private lesson for Manderin (Chinese).( Research has shown that learning a new language abates getting Alzheimer by 4 years.) I also garden, swim as my exercise. I travel and enjoy taking pictures of all the places we been.
I look forward to our 50th reunion coming up and hope to see many of our classmates there.
