Life Most important to me .. my 2 children, now grown and my 3 teenage grandchildren. I live in Etobicoke near my daughter and her family, though not with her father since 1983. My first profession was nursing, then I became very interested in computer related technology and went back to school to DeVry. Since 1995 I have worked in that sector and since 1998 worked from home for a software developer. Life has been and continues to have more positives than negatives. I retired from full-time work in 2010 and completely in 2013. I have travelled a lot and as a result thank God every day for this country of ours. I am increasingly thankful for my work and being able to be self supporting. So many women of the world are in virtual slavery. I am grateful for the love and loyalty of my children and grandchildren and for my health (after surviving a nasty bout of cancer). This life is better and freer than most in the world have.
