Florence McKenzie:  

I am married, have 2 children and 3 stepchildren. I am a grandmother of 14, oldest being 24 and the youngest 8 months. I am also a great grandmother of 1, he is 1 yrs. old. I have lived in the Atlanta area for over 30 yrs. Both of my parents have died and my first husband Jerry died in 2000. I sing in a ladies group of over 200 members in Ga. Baptist Churches through out the state. We have concerts usually once a month except for Dec and the summer. I am enjoying life as a grandmother and enjoying watching my children grow into adults with their own familes. I was a member of the Phoenix Singers, Ladies Chorus and Mixed Chorus when in high school. My favorite teacher ofcourse was Paul Storm. Seems like in high school I mainly took music classes when I didn't have to have the manditory studies. The wildest thing I did in high school was skip school with my best friend Christine until we got caught because we failed to call in sick.
