Forrest's Story

I warmed the second chair in the clarinet section at "X" for four years. Fond memories of Brothers Edward Joseph, Thomas More, Bosco, Wilfred, Omar, and the others. These were my mentors -- and sometimes my protectors in the early days on Broadway. Also remember Mrs. Heckman --my campus "mother" and Mrs. Jurgenson -- my campus "aunt". be a proud "X" man without these, my angels. I finally managed to get a degree -- 40 years late. I spent 7 years in California after 12 in Boston. Got degrees in Medical Assisting and Business Administration. As they say: "Better late than never". Sitting back on laurels reading the mail these days. Letting Washington pay my rent, etc. Peace! Out!
