Fran's Story
Since high school, I worked as a desk clerk at the community center in Galion, and also the Iron Works. From the Iron Works I went to work at the Crawford County Sheriff's office as a dispatcher for several years.
I left Galion in 1975 to live and work in Coshocton, Ohio. I came down here as a Dispatcher for the Coshocton County Police Department.
I got married in 1976, quit work, gave birth to one son and somehow have ended up with numourous other "children" that call me mom. I lost count, however they always call home or find me somewhere. I then cleaned homes and busineses here in Coshocton for numerous years.
My husband -Terry, is a 100% disabled veteran and has continued to defy the doctors with all his health problems.

at time. After that heart attack at 30, he went on for the next 4 years to have a heart attack each year. He has had blood clot go thrugh his heart; Stroke; TIA's daily and just two weeks ago March 16, 2009, underwent 4 heart surgeries in one week.
My assistant is bringing out the work to my home so I am not slammed when I return. I am the Office Manager at the Public Defender Office here in Coshocton and have been for the last 15 years.
We have a home and 9 acres just outside of Coshocton and I love it here. If it has been a bad day at work - I can go outside and throw rocks and dirt around. If it has been a good day, I still can go "play in the dirt."
Our son Justin, is a fraud investigator for Safelite Corp in Columbus and is licensed in 14 states. One of our "adopted" daughters has 3 beautiful children that call us Grandma and Grandpa.
