Francine's Story
Life
My Spouse
Jon and I met through a friend on December 21, 1987 and we married on October 15, 1988. We were inseparable after we met. My friend that introduced us was our Maid of Honor at our wedding. Jon is one of 14 siblings, falling in as number 12 in the line up. His family is wonderfully supportive and includes my parents in the Carter Family activities.
Children
Jon and I adopted Sara (1993) and Ashley (1994) from the foster care system when they were the ages of 7 & 8. They are biological sisters whose parents were unable to care for them the way children need to be cared for. The addition of them to the fam...Expand for more

Pets
We have no pets as the children keep us busy enough.
Career
I own and operate, Action Coaching and Training, LLC. I am a Leadership Coach especially working wtih Executives, Managers and Supervisors. The focus is on coaching individuals to be the best they can be in their personal and business life. The other focus of my business is on corporate training. To assess, design and provide trainings for corporations pertaining to behavioral and human resource issues.
I have also taught at the IU School of Social Work in the Graduate School program.
