Francis's Story

I always wanted to be a U.S. soldier when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right. Going on a drive and listening to opera, going on walks, or spending time with my kids is a good way of blowing off steam. The wildest thing I ever did in school was accidently breaking a school bathroom window. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have phone, some money, and good company to be able to deal with the day-to-day. My hero would have to be my father, I never knew him but by him serving in the military gave me great inspiration to follow in his foot steps. He has been gone for some time now, which gives me that greater inspiration to be here for my kids today more then ever. Its my turn to be the hero. Today I live in Albuquerque,NM. I've lived here since 1997. Before that I lived in Gallup, NM. and the other place was the military in California. I moved from Kearns, Utah because I entered the military and then returned to my family in Arizona when my military ended. But don't get me wrong, I still call my home Kearns. Home of Cougar Country. I'm still loyal the day I left. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is John Brown, because he was my best buddy.. Definitely NFL-Dallas Cowboys, NBA-Utah Jazz, a good workout, my cable, going to movies-action,adventure,but all movies in general. my two cats Garfield and Blanca. my coming of age in computer technology. the military channel. two and a half men. and the internet The biggest surprise is being here for my kids. For them to be in my life as well as me being in their lives. I enjoy their presence and I'm glad that they are my kids. I feel as young I did when I graduated and for that I thank my kids, good to be part of the gang. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the bedroom and add on a second story. My dream home would be as big as a castle. I've learned that they are alot like me. I just need to lead them in a better way then how I traveled. Once I get my pictures downloaded onto this profile, you'll understand what I'm talking about. The teacher part, thats one I can't answer right away. It would have to be the sports coaches. Wrestling Coach's Glen and Coach Nakagama. Probably to work hard and never give up. Was never the best but from being a nobody and working hard proved that I was remembered for something. But would like to see them two again someday. If I won $100 million, I'd give one million of it to homelessness, then spend the rest on family, home/property and business. Yes I lived in a dorm as a young child. It was called Crystal boarding school in Crystal,NM. I was in the the boarding school when I was in the second and third grade with my older brother. s more then enough to know how we truly feel for one another. So just being home and to be in the same room is enough, but further it would have to be a nice dinner, a movie, and some place like playing pool or bowling. I don't know what happen to my first crush. My current age is 40. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be to feel old. I was so completely wrong. Working hard has driven me to be ambitious and to do the highest quality of work. To make a name for yourself (reputation). I have been a carpenter for over ten years. So the word working hard is an easy term to understand. My best friend would tell you I'm a great guy, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a great guy. Twenty years ago I dress alil jeans and t-shirts and sweats pants. Today its still the same, I mostly wear shorts and tank tops in the summer and sweat pants in the winter. Comfort is where its at for me. I also collect shoes for working out, playing basketball or casual wear. I don't know what my weirdest job would have been. I've always applied for jobs that I know so thats a hard one to pin point. The one thing I'd do over differenty is go to school right away and not putting it off. I share my home with my family, which I find wholesome. Don't have trophies on my mantel, just stories of reality. My trophies had to be of all the houses I help build. The gratitude on the families faces is just enough to make my room of trophies full in mind. In 10 years, I hope to be running and owning a business. I'm going to get there by continuing my education. My oldest friend to date is John Brown, we were chatting (txtn) and we were talking about how long we knew each other and the number we came up with was thirty years. We have chatted over the years and then lived our lives and then reconnect. I mean you don't have to chat every single day to say he is your friend because way deep down in your own heart as a friendship you know where each of you stand in your friendship. But we basically clicked over our competitiveness in sports which drove us to upmost potentual within ourselves. But thats from my end. I would probably surprise everyone by say that I'm still alive or how young I look. But thats all jokes. Truthfully I don't know. Just to see the them would be enough. My first job was at U.S.M.C., where I got paid $800/mo. to be in the infantry. What I remember most about it is Persian Gulf War. My memory goes back to playing sports from sixth grade through high school. I remember playing football, basketball, in the streets at church's. But your saying in remembering that's what I recall. Just playing and when I got in junior high I wrestled for five years. But that's what I remember; sports, competing, and friendships. Old friends remember me as being cool.
