Frank Bittner:  

Bittner's professional career began in radio broadcasting during the 1970's working as both a program host and technical engineer; during the same period he worked part time at various recording studios in Baltimore, Maryland. Later he entered the field of business telecommunications being employed by Continental / Executone a division of Bell South, and later TCI of Springfield Virginia. During his early years much of his time was devoted to community service, Bittner served as his community's liaison with his cities Mayor‘s Office of Special Projects; then under Mayor William D. Schaefer's administration.
