My schools include J.E.B. Stuart High School. I later attended Auburn University (Married Jean Crump, Stuart '67) with a B.S. in Business Administration, then the American University with an MBA in 1972. Built and ran a chain of convenience stores in Nashville, TN., tried my hand at banking for awhile, then worked at Ingram Barge Company (largest inland carrier in the US). Thought I always wanted to be a suit executive and when I got there...HATED IT! No offense, but I felt like I was in HS again. Never really knew who had your back and who was stabbin' you in it when you least expected it. In 1999 my wife sold everything we had.
