Frank's Story
Life
I retired from my family business, Man-U Imports in San Mateo after 30 years (2008). When my daughter Monique went off to Boston U & also Mass. School of Pharmacy & Health Services (1999-2007).
I came back to SF Chinatown joining several non-profit organizations I found that nobody was documenting Chinese American history with their camera.

ith digital photography became popular and inexpensive, I gotten back into something that I enjoyed doing in the 70's.
I now document 250 events a year in the SF Chinatown & Bay Area as my way of giving back to my community.
My daughter has been a register nurse for 4 years, married this year (2012) and living in West LA. working as an ICU Nurse at the VA Hospital.
My wife Edwina retired shortly after me. ( She also worked at Man-U Imports)
