Frank's Story
Life
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.
I came from a poor family, so I worked part-time 6 days a week during high school.
After graduating, I worked full-time for my father until February 1966.
I was in the U.S. Army from March 1966 until April 1969.
I was a police officer from August 1969 until May 2003.
I have 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

I joined the U.S. Army in March 1966 and became an officer in April 1967.
I went to Vietnam in October 1967 and was seriously wounded in February 1968.
I was honorably discharged in April 1969 with the rank of 1st Lieutenant.
