Well what can I say weÂve reached our 50Âs and by now many of us have (can I really be saying this??) Grandchildren! I have two, a boy from my eldest daughter who is in Seattle and a girl from the younger living in Aurora. I think the greatest thing about grandchildren is that you spoil them and then send them home.
As for whatÂs been happening with me. Well I am working as consultant in the specializing in software quality assurance. Basically I validate the design and functionality of computer software or as my wife Jan sayÂs I get to try and break things for a living. My wife manages a tech support help desk dept. for a firm in Downers Grove. As for hobbies, Jan builds and distributes free screensaver from her web site (search for JanFox and ScreenSavers). We have both been semi-pro photographers, so many of the images she uses are ours. For those who remember I have always been interested in cars. I spent a number of years in the Sports Cars Club of America, racing on the amate...Expand for more
ur level and working at the pro-tracks. Though I have owned a number of interesting, unique cars (Ok so one of them a 1977 Pacer station wagon it was at least different). But my favorite is my current one, a 1969 Austin Mini. For those you donÂt remember what a Mini looks like picture a shoe box 10 x 4 ½ x 4 that will seat four adults comfortably(??). ItÂs not a restored show car, I drive it daily during the warmer months and have brought it to most of the local community ÂCruise Nights including WheatonÂs which is held on Front st. Friday nights. Next time you spot a very small red car at one of the shows stop and say hi.

A short update,
No longer have the little Mini Cooper. Had a head on collision with an Explorer, the car did not survive. It took 6 months but IÂm back on my feet and decided that another small car was not for me. Ended up with a Land Rover and have discovered the fun of playing in the mud.
