It is self-evident that all men are created equal endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights among are life liberty and pursuit of happiness so to secure these rights governments are instituted deriving there right just power from the consent of the people.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE: Has with Willful Intent and in Conspiracy deprived my family and myself of equity in law: and further depriving us of General welfare: No person or group shall be above another person or group: all thing must be equitable.
Then: I was standing up for my God-given rights and my life liberties in my pursuit of happiness.
Today: I cannot protect My family, My home or my property, Nor “We the people’ and/or defend my country: I’m fighting for my life and family: For an Act of War has been declared on my family and myself.
